Festa di via Verde - November 16th
As part of the Ciao Yarra Valley Ciao celebration of all things Italian, Healesville will be host to the second Festa di via Verde. After a successful launch last year his family-friendly event will be even bigger and bolder in 2019. Lock in Saturday November 16, 12 - 6 pm.
The festival will coincide with the spectacular Targa Florio Australian Tribute which runs along River street. The tree and park flanked River Street will be closed to allow for the cars to complete their time trials and give spectators the opportunity to marvel at the international drivers’ skill and finesse. Given that there were over 100 cars in the splendid Australian Tribute Classica last year - and this year is set to grow, it will certainly be a grand spectacle when they arrive.
To add to the excitement of the Targa Florio, there will be a mass gathering of car clubs. Promising around 500 vehicles, all of which you’ll wish you owned or had at least driven once in your life, will be on display for an epic show and shine.
